To deliver voice circuits to remote call centers reliably by deploying automatic backup between TDM and IP links. The solution must be simple to deploy at remote call centers that have limited technical support staff. It also needs to efficiently utilize expensive satellite, leased line and/or IP bandwidth to minimize networking costs. Our Solution

RAD’s Vmux-2100 is a scalable, compact, 1U high product that is ideal for remote call centers that require a high level of reliability. Voice trunks are compressed and then routed over TDM facilities with IP backup, or vice versa. Load balancing of voice traffic between links is also supported. Redundant link capability ensures voice calls are not dropped when the primary link fails. The Vmux-2100 is easy to deploy and efficiently delivers high quality voice with 16:1 voice compression and transparent support for all PBX or telephony features to ensure that call center functionality is not compromised.
