Your Needs

To deliver voice circuits to remote call centers for incoming customer service calls or outgoing sales/marketing calls. The solution must be simple to deploy at remote call centers that have limited technical support staff. It also needs to efficiently utilize expensive satellite, leased line and/or IP bandwidth to minimize networking costs. Since call center functionality cannot be compromised, all PBX or telephony server features, such as predictive dialing and automatic call distribution (ACD), must be supported transparently.

Our Solution

RAD’s Vmux-2100 is a scalable, compact, 1U high product that is ideal for remote call centers because it is optimized for quality voice trunking with 16:1 compression. The Vmux deploys TDMoIP (CV) technology which is more bandwidth efficient than VoIP - and its transparency to signaling protocols ensures simple deployment, faster call setup times, lower latency and higher availability. Transparency also means that all ACD/PBX features are supported to ensure that call center functionality is not compromised. Simple channel banks, such as RAD’s MP2100, can convert the T1/E1 ports to analog voice channels.
